Yes, we have on-site maintenance available to help with any issues in your home. Our team responds to all service requests in the order they are received, unless the situation is an emergency (fire, flooding, etc.), in which case we prioritize immediately.

The easiest and fastest way to request maintenance is through our resident portal or the Rent Cafe App. Both options allow you to submit requests at any time and communicate directly with the maintenance team.

No, you are not required to be present. Please note, however, that if a resident under the age of 18 is home alone, our maintenance team will not be able to enter the unit.

In the event of a lockout, please call a licensed locksmith for entry. Our maintenance team is not responsible for lockout assistance. We recommend saving a trusted locksmith's number for peace of mind.

Yes, you're welcome to decorate and make your apartment feel like home! There are some limitations — please inquire with the leasing office for the full details so you can personalize your space with confidence.

The spa is available year-round for resident enjoyment. The pool and pool deck are seasonal, typically open between Memorial Day and Labor Day holidays.

At this time, Sorrento Bluff does not offer furnished apartments, short-term leases, or corporate lease options. For questions about lease terms or flexibility, please reach out to our leasing team directly.

Sorrento Bluff features a Luxer Locker system specifically for package deliveries, which delivery drivers are instructed to use. If the locker is full or a package is oversized, our office team can hold it for you.

The Fitness Center at Sorrento Bluff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

We work quickly! Application approvals typically come through within 24 hours. Our team will keep you informed throughout the process so you can plan your move with confidence.

Paying online through the resident portal is the preferred and most convenient method. We also accept cashier's checks and other certified funds. Cash payments are not accepted.

Yes, all residents are required to carry renter's insurance. Proof of coverage is required before move-in and must remain active throughout your residency.

No utilities are included in base rent. Utilities are billed separately and include water, sewer, trash, gas, and electricity. Our leasing team will provide full details during your move-in orientation.

Portland General Electric (PGE) is your primary contact for unit-specific electric charges. All other utilities will be automatically posted to your account after move-in. For internet and cable, Comcast/Xfinity is the provider most residents use at Sorrento Bluff.

No, subletting is not allowed at Sorrento Bluff. All residents must be listed on and approved under the original lease agreement.
